No. Our pricing plans are based on the scope of your knowledge program, with options for team-wide, department-wide, or company-wide. We don’t limit you or ping you with user-based invoices when the number of individual users in your plan increases. We will factor in the overall team size and growth projections in your deployment to determine the annual cost. Our team will consult with you on which options are best suited to help you achieve your goals.

Our team will work with you to select a plan based on your knowledge management goals and whether you are servicing an individual team, a department-wide deployment, or your entire organization. Factors include the scope of who needs access, the team, department, or company size, and which platform features will be configured to help you maximize the value of your knowledge management program.

All plans are billed on a multi-year basis. Our pricing discussions will include determining the billing cycle that fits your business.

A knowledge object is any document, media file, file, dataset, conversation record, web page, or other artifact read by the engine and added to the Persistent Semantic Memory™. We use this to estimate the breadth and operational complexity of your intended use. You don't need to be precise with this number, we do not restrict the number of objects connected and we do not charge hosting fees for storage.

AI Actions are the number of API or MCP calls made into the Enterprise Intelligence Engine by your AI Agents. This number varies widely based on how deeply integrated with AI tools your team is. A good rule of thumb if you aren't heavily using AI is 8 agent requests per user per day (calling on AI once per hour). This works out to 1920 actions per employee per year. You don't need to be precise with this number, we do not restrict the number of AI Actions you can take and we do not charge consumption fees for AI use.

Reach tells us how many teams at your company will use our solution. This gives us an idea about how broadly Bloomfire would be used. If you aren't sure, be conservative or ask the Account Executive when you meet them.

We use company size by revenue to estimate the operating, governance and support level requirements for your company. We don't charge by users, our benchmarking gives us a correlation between revenue levels and the scope of the support you will need, larger companies have higher governance and support requirements, and the pricing reflects that.
